Meet Kat

The Architect Behind REVERIE

I'm Kat. Born in Bogotá, raised in South Florida, fluent in both English and Spanish and professionally restless in the best possible way. I've planned weddings across countries, for couples whose visions had no rulebook. That's exactly how I like it.

I didn't fall into event planning. I chose it — obsessively, intentionally — because I believe that the day two people commit their lives to each other deserves more than a checklist and a preferred vendor list.

It deserves a creative act.

Fact 1

Two decades in, still giddy.

I've been planning weddings and events for over 20 years, and I still get butterflies at the first look.

Fact 2

I married the best man.

I met my husband at a client's wedding rehearsal; he was best man. I was there to run the timeline. I never planned on finding the love of my life.

Fact 3

Mom is my favorite title.

I have two beautiful little ones who are my greatest gifts from above. Of every role I play, being their mom is the one I treasure most.

Fact 4

Dessert is non-negotiable.

I'm a huge dessert lover, and in my book, every formal meal ends with something sweet and a café latte. It's the finishing touch I'd never cut from a menu.

The Collective Behind Every Celebration.

Reverie Collective is exactly that: a collective. Rather than a one-size-fits-all team, I hand-select the right people for every celebration from a trusted circle of coordinators, assistants and creative partners I've worked alongside for years. An intimate dinner for forty calls for a different crew than a three-day destination wedding in Colombia, so each team is built around the scale, style and story of your event.

Every person who steps onto your day is someone I trust completely, briefed in detail and held to the same standard I hold myself. You'll always have me as your lead and point of contact, with a team quietly making the magic happen around us.
