Every Reverie celebration moves through three distinct phases. Each one is designed to turn your story into an experience your guests will feel long after the last dance.

Before a single detail is chosen, we get to know the two of you: your history, your cultures, your style and the feeling you want your guests to carry home. Through an in-depth discovery consultation and our signature vision questionnaire, we uncover what makes your love story unlike any other. This becomes the foundation for everything we design.

II. DESIGN
Concept becomes blueprint.
With your story in hand, we translate vision into a detailed, intentional plan. We curate venues and vendors, build your design direction and map every moment of the guest journey, from the first invitation to the final send-off. Every decision is made with purpose, and every detail earns its place.

This is where the world we've imagined becomes real. A hand-selected team of creatives and coordinators brings your celebration to life with film-production precision. Detailed timelines, vendor call sheets and seamless on-site direction mean you never have to think about logistics. Your only job is to be fully present.

Do you plan destination weddings in Colombia?
Yes. We plan celebrations throughout the United States and Colombia, and we love bringing couples' visions to life in breathtaking destinations. We handle the coordination, vendor relationships and logistics so your destination wedding feels effortless for you and your guests.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out [12–18 months] before your wedding date, especially for destination celebrations and peak-season dates. We take on a limited number of events each year, so earlier is always better, but if your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We'll let you know what's possible.
How do you work with our budget?
Your budget is part of your story, not a limitation. During our discovery phase, we build a clear budget roadmap aligned with your priorities, so your investment goes toward what matters most to you. We'll always be transparent about what's realistic and where we can create the most impact.
Can we choose our own vendors?
Absolutely. We're happy to collaborate with vendors you already love. We'll also recommend trusted partners from our network who match your style and budget. Our goal is to build the right team for your celebration, whoever that includes.
Will you be there on the wedding day?
Yes. As your dedicated lead, I'll be on-site directing your celebration from setup to farewell, alongside a team hand-selected for your event. You'll always know exactly who's taking care of you.
What makes Reverie different from a venue coordinator?
A venue coordinator represents the venue: its rules, its timeline and its space. We represent you. We design and manage your entire experience, from vision and vendors to the guest journey and every moment of the day, wherever it takes place.
Do you only plan weddings?
Weddings are our heart, but we also design milestone celebrations, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties and private events. If it deserves to be unforgettable, we'd love to hear about it.
Do you plan smaller or intimate weddings?
Absolutely. Some of the most meaningful celebrations are the most intimate. Whether you're hosting 20 guests or 250, every Reverie experience receives the same level of intention and care.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We work fluently in both English and Spanish, which is especially valuable for destination weddings in Colombia and for families bringing two cultures together.
What if something goes wrong on the wedding day?
Something always does. You just won't know about it. With more than 20 years of experience, we anticipate challenges before they happen and handle the unexpected quietly, so all you see is a seamless celebration.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel within South Florida is included. For destination celebrations, travel and accommodations for the planning team are quoted in your custom proposal.
